上海元瀚国际航运有限公司成立于2002年，投资方为美国ALS国际物流集团和中国外运总公司，双方各控股50％，下属上海华晨物流集装箱仓库一座，48辆集装箱运输车队一个，分别在连云港、宁波、南京、青岛成立了分公司。主要经营中国大陆到日本、南韩、东南亚、南亚、中东集装箱运输业务，并利用美国ALS国际物流集团和各外资船公司签订的欧线、美加线合作协议，航线价格与各同行相比，具有较为明显的优势。
